Breakfast was free in the hostel, and I really enjoyed it. It was already 2 PM as I went out to walk around Riga and find a place to write. Once out of the Old Town, I strolled through a park and found the atmosphere vibrating. Suddenly, a black Ferrari showed up, with soaring engines. Amazed I looked at the car, and when it accelerated, I saw that its licence plate only said NERO. That driver must feel like the Emperor of the Baltics!
I could work pretty well, and walked back to the hostel at six. That evening I went to a bar with Jonathan from Australia. They served good beer in one liter mugs, which was most probably related to the fact that their were 90% men in the bar.
